How do I cancel my membership?

We know that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your membership. Please contact us by email with all your original details, including username, first line of address and last 5 digits of your credit card.

We will then cancel your membership. We require a minimum of 14 working days notice to process a cancellation.

Can I get rewarded for introducing new members?
